To say I love cherries is a serious understatement.
So this morning, I decided to add them to my smoothie. It's a great blend of cherries, berries, and even - yes, Kale!
It was delicious, and kept me going until noon.

CHERRY BERRY MEETS KALE SMOOTHIE
1/2 cup fresh or frozen berry and cherry mixture (pits removed if using fresh!)
8-10 oz. almond milk
1 Tablespoon protein powder (I use Nutiva brand - hemp)
1 fresh or frozen banana
1 few ice cubes (optional - I didn't need them with frozen berries)
1-2 handfuls fresh kale
Blend to your desired consistency, and drink up!!
