Morning Ritual

Hi all!

Today I'm sharing my morning ritual with you.  Here's the audio to download and listen to now or later.  I've got a worksheet for you, too!  

My Morning Ritual

  1. Splash cold water on my face and in my eyes
  2. Use my tongue scraper and brush teeth
  3. Make hot water with a lemon slice, take a sip, then let it sit
  4. Meditate and set an intention (5-10 min.)
  5. Stretch or do a little yoga
  6. Drink my hot water and journal and plan my day
  7. Ready For Anything Coming My Way :)
