What's Pulling or Pushing You?

I woke up this morning to a pulled muscle in my neck and shoulder area.

It was annoying because I had a great circuit training workout all planned –

But my plans changed.

Instead of getting angry or even pissy about it - 

I decided to let it fuel me in a different way

By listening to it.

What was I supposed to do?

Whine about it and go about my morning with a bad look on my face?

No Way.

So, I rubbed some cooling gel on the area, took some pain reliever 

And got moving.

Helped the kids get off to school, and then I got busy working.

Knowing that an outdoor walk is in my near future.

My body and muscles want fluid movement, not jarring jumps.

My body wants me to relax into it, and not push it today.

No worries.

I'll listen.
