Right now

Slow down and 

Take a breath

Breathe in through your nose

Relax your jaw

Release the grip you're holding

Over your breath

Your thoughts

Your actions.

Now breathe out through your nose

Relax your shoulders

Your face

Your entire being.

Now...

Repeat – often.

And smile : )
