The Surprising Way to Tackle Your Next Big Thing

BRING IN LOTS OF SELF-CARE.

You heard me right, dear.  Stop planning and plotting and pushing...

Take more than a few breathers by scheduling at least 1-2 self-care appointments in your day each day.  These can be tiny 15 minute self-care rituals like I describe in the audio, or something that's on a grander scale.  Pepper these throughout your week to support YOU and your BIG project, idea, relationship, skill, etc. so you'll find yourself feeling complete at the end of the week – and most importantly – feeling your best.
