one small tip to make BIG change

Hello there, Have you ever had one of those days? You know, when you stopped in the middle of a crazy day and felt like it (and you) were spinning out of control? Well, that was my Yesterday.  I just had a lot on my mind and none of it was really serving me.  Once I realized I was experiencing what I like to call "monkey mind," I began my own practice of really tuning in and being present (more on that later.) I thought, what can I do to prevent this from happening? Here's the simple step by step solution. 1.  Wake up. 2.  Think of the very first positive thought that comes to your mind.  (If your first thought is negative, flip it to a positive.  Example: Instead of, "I am so tired." Flip it to, "I have lots of energy.  I am so grateful to be alive." 3.  Say it out loud or to yourself. It's that easy.  I'm not saying that this practice makes everything go perfectly every single day.  But I have noticed a BIG change in how I move and view my daily experiences.
