My Morning Ritual
- Splash cold water on my face and in my eyes
- Use my tongue scraper and brush teeth
- Make hot water with a lemon slice, take a sip, then let it sit
- Meditate and set an intention (5-10 min.)
- Stretch or do a little yoga
- Drink my hot water and journal and plan my day
- Ready For Anything Coming My Way :)
