What Do You Stand For? (Vision Exercise inside!)

Untitled design (1).png

I went to the new Star Wars movie with my husband and two teenage children over the weekend.  Not only was it a brilliantly fun movie – but it pointed me once again to the obvious forces of Darkness and Light.

The experience called me to look at these questions:

What do you stand for?
What do you choose now?
Who are you becoming?
What are you opening up to and ready for now?

If you're a leader, a parent, a marketer, a business owner, or anyone who makes choices for others; you'll want to read Seth Godin's recent post from his daily blog:  Open or Closed?

No matter WHO you are and WHAT you do and HOW you show up in the world –

It's time to take a stand and make some choices.

Get off the fence.

So many people make resolutions and set their goals for the New Year.

What I prefer to do personally, and with my coaching clients is to take a step back in December to Create Your Vision.

In my experience, taking a fresh look before the new year begins gives you a chance to really soak up everything that's evolved up to this point, in this case throughout 2017 and challenge what you want going forward into 2018 and beyond.

Are you ready to Create Your Vision?

Ask yourself these 4 questions and free flow journal or draw what comes to you.

1.  What do you stand for?

2.  What do you choose now?

3.  Who are you becoming?

4.  What are you opening up to and ready for now?
