The message I have to share this week is short and sweet and to the point.
Kind of like a poem.
After all, life is meant to be lived.
And to paraphrase one of my favorite poets, Mary Oliver: How are you living your wild and precious life?
When we are in the present and not happy with what we're experiencing, it can be easy to fall for the trap of slipping back into the past or to the imaginary future.
Sometimes you catch yourself slipping out of the present.
You notice it and come right back to the only moment that truly exists: The Now.
The problem comes in when we want the present to be different.
A.K.A. Our thinking about the moment we're experiencing.
The best thing we can do is just be in the moment. Good, bad, ugly or wonderful.
It's in the present (in our presence) that what wants to emerge into our awareness comes through.
And we just plain miss it if we're not open to seeing it.
The funny thing is that it's usually the very thing we need to know to keep moving forward.
Open Your Eyes.
And dive right in.
Prosperity is within.
Love and light,
