5 Ways To Wake Up Earlier (without losing sleep)

Waking up early comes easy for some people, but what about everyone else?
Maybe you're someone who wants to wake up earlier, but hesitate because you know how important a good night's sleep really is for your mind, body and soul.
And you've tried waking up earlier before, but it didn't work out.
You overslept or spent the whole day feeling like a zombie - - and I don't mean Rob Zombie, who seems to be pretty amped up.
Either way, I've got your solution.
And it's not just, go to bed earlier...
Here are Five Ways To Wake Up Earlier (without losing sleep):
Avoid caffeine after 3pm. This means no coffee, black tea, energy drinks, that triple shot espresso after 3pm. These will just keep you from going to bed later, and then waking up later...you know the drill.
Take it slow. Start with just 15 minutes and increase it each day until you've reached your wake up time goal!
Naps aren't just for babies. Take a 10-15 minute power nap during the day. If you're not a napper – you don't even have to fall asleep! Just rest your eyes for few minutes. I personally wake up at 5:30am and most days I'll take a 10-20 minute nap around 2pm, and then enjoy a cup of green tea. This ritual works wonders for increasing your energy and helps with digestion!
Keep yourself active throughout the day. Take a walk outdoors, hit some tennis balls, shoot some hoops, do a little yoga vinyasa outside, go to the park with your kids or your dog, work on your garden. Aim for at least 15 minutes twice a day and increase it as you go.
