This is how I make my bulletproof coffee. Feel free to adjust any of the ingredients to your liking. Bulletproof coffee has many benefits including greater mental focus.
Here’s my recipe:
Make 10 oz of freshly brewed coffee. Take 1 tablespoon unsalted, grass fed butter and 1 tsp up to 1 tablespoon of MCT oil or unrefined coconut oil. Mix together with the brewed coffee in a blender. Careful when pouring, as it can be quite hot.
